Pavlos Restaurant - White Rock

I feel right at home at Pavlos.....I can't seem to get passed the pizza but my husband enjoys the Prime Rib. It's rather old school and consistently good. Basic good food!

Had always been a fan of the Greek/Italian menu at Pavlos.The restaurant changed hands a while ago but still kept the name.apparently they tried to keep the old menu but didn't work for them.The new owners are South Asian and so is the menu with the exception of some pizza.We were there with friends on a Saturday for dinner. When we got there the place was empty, no other customers.We were quickly seated and had good service from the staff.We ordered but thought at the time that it was pricey for Punjabi food.When the food arrived, chicken biryani, was hot.The portion was small considering the price of $17.00.And I can tell you, they stood a long ways away when they tossed in the chicken.Rice was there but not a lot of chicken.I have had much better Punjabi food at other local restaurants for less.We will not be returning.When we left around 7:00pm, the place was still virtually empty of customers.Maybe that says it all about this place.

Delicious food, excellent service, reasonable prices, both Indian and Italian cuisine. Made as spicy or mild as you like. The pizza is still as good as it was 5 years ago. We recommend it.

Unbelievable change. South Asian food from Italian. What the heck. Walked out was unaware of the change..never ever. Change the name please
