Dunkin' - Whitehall

I will never come back to this Dunkin. The staff here are unpleasant and clearly do not enjoy their jobs. The place itself is dirty, and they were out of many donuts. The coffee is awful. They did not know how to make it at all. It tasted like sweetened milk.

This location is very RACIST . I got to store ordered a wake up rap. 3 people came later and made their orders. I waited for 5 minutes never got my order. Mean while other folks that came after me got their order.l asked the lady where is my order? She said her screen is messed up so she couldn’t see. I told themI wanted a refund since I can’t be waiting. Never did anyone apologize or say anything she just gave me back my money. Mean while I was the only black person.

It was ok they never have munchkins, jelly donuts and the hot chocolate was not well made I love Dunken Donuts but I think the teens that were there need more

Trash can out front overflowing trash by front door . Employees seemed unprofessional. 8 am visit for coffee. Dare not eat there.

This location SUCKS!! Ordered 2 Frozen Butter Pecan Crunch Coffees the guy didn't make 1 properly so we had to asked some1 else to make both of them because I'm sorry coffee cost if I'm paying for the prices I do, I want them made correctly. So now the girl took over made them smh they were worst, it had a after taste it started separating in the cup? Mind you we buy these ALLLLLL the time weatjer we are in NJ or NY thats not supposed to happen! Then the Stuffed croissant another breakfast sandwich we got gave us the runs!! But it could have been the coffee they gave us did that.
