I tried calling the restaurant but got no response, so I decided to email corporate instead. After two weeks, someone finally called to say they would replace my order. When I returned to the same location to pick it up, I was met with a barrage of harsh questions about what had gone wrong. Two employees even came from the kitchen to stand near me as I explained that the chicken tasted stale. When my order was finally brought to the counter, they insisted I check everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, but it wasn't in a friendly manner at all. I will never return to KFC again.
I visited the KFC on Broad Street in Whitehall, but they didn't have any chicken or pot pies available. They directed me to the KFC on Main Street in Columbus, Ohio. After spending $37 there, I ended up with cold chicken and encountered rude staff. I simply asked if they had chicken available since the previous location didn't, but it seemed to be an issue. The pot pies were hot, but they were very skimpy on the chicken. From now on, I think I’ll stick to Popeye's.
I'm not sure what happened to the fantastic staff you once had, but the new team is rude, unpleasant, and seemingly uninformed. First, they refused to take drive-thru orders, insisting that customers come inside to place their orders. Once inside, I waited a long time for someone to attend to me at the register. When I finally placed my order, the employee proceeded to enter my side items without inquiring about my preferences, and I had to remind her. Throughout the interaction, she displayed a clear attitude. I requested my food to be extra crispy, but when I checked my order before leaving, it was the regular version. When I pointed this out, she argued with me, claiming I had actually ordered the original, which I never do. To top it off, she didn’t even give me my receipt. Although there were very few customers, the service was slow and the attitudes were unacceptable. I've decided to switch to the location on E Broad St instead, as they are much quicker and friendlier.
Be sure to place all your orders at the ordering menu. I visited this evening at 8:09 PM, and there was no one in line or in the lobby. Unfortunately, I had to drive back around to add something I had forgotten, but they wouldn’t allow me to add just one extra item at the window. The customer service here is poor and feels quite unprofessional! I won’t be coming back.
I always have issues with my takeout orders from here. I ordered a 5-piece tender but only got 3. They also forgot to include the biscuits. I tried calling to sort it out, but nobody picked up.
