Red Lobster Whitehall

Shannon, our waitress, was fantastic! The food was very good overall. The only disappointment was that the salad and baked potatoes weren't ready on time; they arrived alongside our main courses. However, Shannon was attentive and even offered to give us mashed potatoes instead of the baked ones. It seemed like there might have been some issues in the kitchen or maybe not enough staff. Despite this, Shannon handled everything professionally and with a smile. She's definitely one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had!

We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. After checking in, we were seated about 10 minutes later. My only issue was that we were initially placed in the restaurant area and then moved to the bar area. I would have preferred to stay in the restaurant area with the kids, but we weren't given that option. The bar area was a bit noisier than the restaurant, but overall, we had a good time.

I had another fantastic meal at Red Lobster. The prices for the quality of the food were excellent, and our waitress was both friendly and humorous. I always make it a point to dine here when I visit family in Pennsylvania.

We were there on a busy Saturday night! We did the preferred seating option through Open Table, checked in and had about a 30 minute wait which is completely understandable. While sitting in the lobby, all you could see was how hard the staff were working to be as efficient as possible. The number of rude and disgusting people was astonishing. My son witnessed many rude folks that night, cursing at staff with no thought about what language they were using or who was around them. The was in awe of how the staff were treated but yet chose to still work hard for their guests with little appreciation. I made sure to tell them how great of a job they did at the front and to my waiter as well. I failed to let management know. I hope they know now! I'm sorry people think they can talk to you and treat you the way they did last night!

Pasta was dry/lacking sauce on Lobster Lover’s Dream. Lobster itself was a bit bland on the Rock Lobster tail but the Maine lobster tail was very good. Apps and sides were wonderful. All portions for both entrees were reasonable. Service was excellent. Waitress was VERY friendly and attentive with us.
