Blackburn Fishbox - Whitehorse

I was pleased to discover a fish and chip shop on Uber Eats that doesn't overcharge. The fish fillet and potato cakes were crispy and generously portioned. Even the fish bite was a good size. It seemed like they were freshly fried and remained hot when delivered by the driver. The chips were decent, but could have been improved with some chicken salt (which I forgot to ask for).

The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The chips are perfectly salted with a great texture, and the potato cakes are also delicious. It would be convenient if they accepted card payments, but unfortunately they only accept cash. I will definitely be returning.

The snapper was delicious and the chips were a good size. Both had crispy batter and were of great quality. The price was affordable for the portion sizes. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

A true hidden gem. The prices here are reasonable, the chips are fresh and golden without fail every time I visit, and the fish is crispy and does not have the much feared fishy taste.

Surprisingly it's good!!. I set my hope low for this one driving home from that area thought I'll grab something on the way back. gobsmacked that this place is actually good.. Fish box...Great chips and potato cakes, seriously.Will be back
