Mcdonald's - Whitehorse

We order two cheeses burgers with extra extra onions and extra extra pickles and received one small piece of onion and two pickles Our fries were cold and soggy…. The chicken nuggets were old and dried out!! This is two visits that were ugly This restaurant use to be good … the place was busy so things should have been up to standards… very disappointing… Drive through order 481

I've now been told off twice by managers here once without even saying anything to anyone! Some staff (the girl who does cleaning) i is friendly and great, as are many of the service personnel (most are pretty incompetent, but they at least try to help about what you expect at a fast food restaurant). I ordered breakfast the other day my hash brown was cold. So I returned it and asked for another one. The girl who served me was glad to oblige, but simply gave me another cold hash brown from the same batch that had been prepared several minutes earlier. A few days later, my BLT bagel was cold, and I was rudely accused by a manager of a past incident that hadn't even happened.

Loses 1 star because they don't provide butter with the english muffin. (Only peanut butter or jam).

Sandre and I have been to a LOT of mcdonalds but this one was the BEST we have ever been to!! we couldn't be live how fast that they made our food and how good it was and how nice and clean the inside of the mcdonalds is! We used the big tall finger-touching screens and it was really big and hurt my eyes a little because it was to close but it was fun and different! Sandre got the double stack fish sandwich and flurry and extra tarter sauces and i got the fish too . Yum! They have a bakery there because there were muffins and crasants and cookies and it looks really good. Very fancy!! Ive never seen that before that's for sure! We might go there for breakfast next time because it was so good and the workers were very polite. Very nice surprise!

Very clean with friendly staff. We ate a couple of meals there during our stay. The French fries leave a lot to be desired but the other items were very good.plus they were open on Christmas day which was great since we traveled 250 miles to get to Whitehorse.
