Review: I visited this restaurant for a weekend lunch and managed to get in before the waiting line started. The Malaysian dishes were tasty, including the fresh roti that is made in front of you and cooked on the grill. The chicken rice was also delicious, with boneless chicken and fragrant rice cooked in chicken fat and ginger. The laksa was rich and mildly spicy, with a lot of coconut flavor. The Assam Laksa was unique and flavorful, unlike a curry laksa, with a fish-based stock, sour and spicy taste. Overall, PappaRich does a good job with classic Malaysian dishes, although opinions may vary depending on expectations of value and service.
I always enjoy visiting this restaurant to indulge in Malaysian cuisine. My go-to dish is the hainanese chicken rice, which is always well-prepared and full of flavor. The coffee here reminds me of home. Despite being busy during peak hours, I look forward to returning in the future.
My go to is the wat hot fun here. Always consistently good and the chillis that go with it are also very nice. A little bit pricier than its competitors in the area but usually pretty good.
Really good food and quick service. I wish the portions were bigger for the curry and naan bread. Drinks are on the more expensive side of cost but are pretty good.
