This restaurant has had bad ownership in the past, but the current owners serve delicious big burgers and gyros. The fries are always fantastic, and now they also offer amazing salads. They have vegan and gluten-free options as well.
I have been to this restaurant a couple of times now and decided to have a quick dinner tonight. It was not just because my son works there part-time, as there is no family discount or special treatment. The chemical-free charcoal chicken at this place is really good - juicy and with great skin. The freshly made chips with chicken salt are a highlight, although maybe a bit addictive. I was happy with the $7 quarter chicken and chips, as the charcoal cooking method is better than deep-frying. I prefer to support small local businesses over big franchises.
We've been away from here for a few years. you eat is clean and fresh. their chickens are juicy and chips and salads are very tasty. I had ordered a truthahn from here last christmas and it was perfectly and cheaply cooked....Tony the owner is very courteous and helpful. highly recommended.
I've been there a few times by choice .... and quick dinner tonight is ....Not also because my son works part-time there, as there's no family-staff meal discount, no extras nor special treatment.Their La Ionica chemical-free Charcoal Chickens are good, quite juicy, great skins, but most importantly their "freshly-made" chips with that addictive Chicken Salts, okay, maybe not too much.At $7 for a quarter of Chicken and Chips, I'm happy with that, surely Charcoal is better than deep-fried. Best to support local small-businesses rather than those "big franchise" around the corner.
