Dunkin' - Whitesboro

I visited the store to buy some donuts, but I had a frustrating experience. Two employees were bothering me while I was trying to make my purchase. One was a light-skinned Black female who was sweeping around the register, and the other was a tall white male named Aiden. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable during my visit.

Years ago this was my go-to dunkin but the people working the drive thru are rude little snotrags these days so not anymore For reference, whenever I pull up to the window I ask Hello how are you? And whenever I ask I 'm flat out ignored. I thank them once I receive my change; still ignored. If I order food, I thank them once I receive it. Ignored again. They hand me my coffee, I thank them and tell them to have a nice day. Guess what? Ignored. Customer service is the BARE MINIMUM of their job and they 're given a litany of chances to speak up seriously...just a You 're welcome would suffice and just ACKNOWLEDGE someone but obviously as paying customers that make them have to work we are so far beneath them.

This is the Slowest Dunkin around. From 4PM on it is brutal. They should close their doors at like 3PM because it is unbelievable!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
