Pizza Hut - Whitesboro

"The pizza at this restaurant in Whitesboro, TX is large and delicious. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean."

The restaurant made a mistake with my order, but they were willing to correct it or provide credit for a future visit.

I was hoping for better quality from a new restaurant.

Three strikes and your out.. I tried to give this place multiple chances. And I feel like they just have gone downhill... burnt pizza ordering on app and then showing up and both times they'll have some excuse of how they lost it. I never asked for a comp. But I asked to address it to management. Anyways I'm done lucky there's one other pizza place in this small town.

The pizza was actually better than I expected it to be. the service was better than the pizza.
