Contribuisci feedbackI ordered 2 of the new Royal wraps. It was all tortilla wrap and no filling. One was Buffalo and over sauced. The other was honey mustard and not enough sauce, but for some reason it was all over the outside of the wrap. I waited for my food and then chose a seat. I then noticed what looked like boogers and a smashed fly on the window of the booth next to me. I had to get up and leave. Food sucked. Cleanliness was nonexistent.
Only person working was new. Manager and other worker outside smoking They both watched drive thur get back up. Took 8 minutes to give order. And 15 minutes to get it Total 23
Had a problem with an order on the 26 th. I mentioned it to the shift manager Melissa on the 27 th . She replaced the order corectly for free and was very helpfull. The cashier on the 26th was courtious and polite , she repeated the order and rang it up corectly , the cook dropped the ball. The cashier and shift manager gave over and beyond customer service and for that reason the super review ! The shift manager assured she would address the issue with the cook. Thanks for the super customer service !
I got the impossible whopper. The plantbbased patty was harder than leather. I couldn't eat it. This is the second time the patty was not cooked correctly. Last time, it wasn't cooked all the way through. Also, last time, the
My boyfriend and i were moving from Florida to North Carolina when our break caliper ended up falling off and we were stuck in this BK parking lot. Not only were the employees nice and understanding but one of the managers went above and beyond! She asked employees if they had the tools we needed, and her amazing husband helped us get to the auto part store and also helped fix our car. This was an outstanding first impression of ‘Southern Hospitality”, Mcdonald’s could never!Thank you guys so much again.
