Sonic Drive-in - Whiteville

Their burgers taste just like the frozen planters they buy at walmart. they are terrible. it wasn't always so, sonic was great earlier. Maybe it's just our local sonic, but I would spend my money somewhere else.

We were told to wait to order and after 10 minutes we were told to drive up to the window. While waiting we saw an irate employee outside complaining. When we finally got to order, we were told 5 different items were ?out?. When we asked for a milkshake we were told that was out as well. There was also a young child behind the counter in the kitchen. This is our 2nd bad experience in less than a month. We will not go back to this particular Sonic.

Screens were not on at the stalls so had to wait at drive-thru window even though order was placed ahead of time in the app. Drink order was incorrect and had to be redone. Missing cream cheese frosting packet. Difficulty understanding Drive-thru Operator. Service at Sonic in other locations way better.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and soda. I forgot my order and was pulled off and kerl came out of the window and said the chef said he was screwing my order. had to go back to the line, but was hit again by windowman with another burger. he said take both. I said I won't eat it when it was sniffing on him..if I had opened through pocket, both of them threw it back in garbage..

My man has ordered the shark week **** today. he did. we have no idea what this is, it's not a vanilleshake because it tasted like mad bonbons.
