Austin's Restaurant Bar - Whitfield

Austin's always serves sensational food. We enjoyed ourselves. The food is top notch and the prices are worth it. I, personally recommend the strawberry balsamic salad dressing if you're getting any salad and always get the bread for the table. Nothing disappoints here. The staff is friendly and even if there is a wait for walk-in dining, you'll get in pretty fast. There is shopping near by and plenty of parking. 100% recommend.

By far the best restaurant I have ever been to. I have severe food allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree-nuts; and Austin’s does amazing at accommodating for food allergies. I wish I could have dinner here every day. Tammy, the manager, is amazing and always personally comes out to talk to me about my order. She even remembers my food allergies and my order. Tyler is also great. I highly recommend eating here. Also, the atmosphere and environment is luxurious. ?

A very “meh” dining experience. I was reading about how amazing their baby back ribs are, and I must say I was rather disappointed. They were less “fall off the bone” and more “cut off the bone”. Also, there wasn’t a very good meat-to-fat ratio on them. Heck, not much meat to begin with. And, don’t even get me going on their coleslaw! That had to be the BLANDEST and most tasteless coleslaw I have ever had! It basically tasted like cabbage and onion. As far as the service, it wasn’t spectacular. We felt like they basically rushed us through the ordering process. Then, when it came to splitting the checks at the end…they messed it up once, went back to fix it and messed it up again, then had to go back a third time to fix it before finally getting it right. A COMPLETE contrast to our recent experience at an Olive Garden! The server there was friendly, upbeat, engaging, and SUPER friendly! The servers at Austin’s barely spoke to us unless it was to take our orders! They seemed very impersonal and disinterested…almost like we were an inconvenience to them! NOT a good thing for a CUSTOMER SERVICE establishment! Overall, not a very pleasant and enjoyable evening.

Food is very well prepared delicious! Never had anything I didn't care for. Only downfall is that it's kinda dark at night, unless your on a date... The service is always great. Best restaurant in Berks County has been voted multiple times best restaurant in past years

It's a little noisey when it's packed, but the excellent food and service make up for that 10 fold. Prices are fair, and the food is just downright, delicious! This is a must go restaurant for Berks County!
