We go to newcastle 3 or 4 doses per year and we always go here for our dinner can not blame that this pub one day I want to live right through it

Had a beutiful roast beef dinner followed by Apple and Blackberry crumble thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday lunch

Always visit when we're at the campsite which is a few times a year, great welcome and dog friendly too a bonus as we have two cocker spaniels

Best ever pub food. Our group of four were thoroughly overawed by the quality of the food. The onion rings were the BEST IN THE WORLD!! Chicken, leek and bacon pie, steak and ale pie, fish and chips...... EXCELLENT. Staff brilliant, environment, 100%. Well be back

Lovely Sunday lunch that was piping hot and very tasty. Apple crumble was just like my Grandma's. Yummy!
