Idk, what's going on in there, but it doesn't work. There are hundreds of other bos, I wouldn't go to this. I'm not alone. In addition, the dining room is closed so we couldn't even get in to fix the problem.
This location is very close to my house and we regularly dive. Later the service was less than good. One day they were out? Another day only certain chicken pieces were available. Today I asked about a child's leg, but guess what? But I don't want to subdue wings without being charged. You don't have honey mustard either. I waited at least 20 minutes in the line before I came into the window to say I have to wait longer for Pommes.
Slowest's waiting in a drive-thru I've ever been. We did not even pick up our order locally and have a 10 car stack up there. No one will answer through their headsets. We sat there for 15 minutes without answer, so let's go. There? Retrain the employees you have or close this location. Are you losing money?
The worst I've ever seen at ANY Bojangles. The Cajun chicken fillets were super thin and chew/hard like a rock. My husband called it chicken. The Pommes were cold. The employees were nice, but the food was terrible. Disappointed.
Of all of the reviews I've done (about 2500 3000 across all venues over the past ten years or so), I think I've given one star ratings perhaps four or five times. This one earned it. We pulled in late on a Sunday morning (around 11 AM) because 1) we could be sure to still be able to get breakfast fare and 2) we thought we could get in and out quickly. We were wrong on count #2. One reason we pulled in was because it was much less busy than the neighboring Biscuitville and Waffle House. We found out why that was. There were three or four people in line when we walked in. Placing our order was not bad, but then the problems began. I could go into some detail as to how this happened, but I'll just cut to the chase and say that it took 30 minutes to get our food while 6 or 8 people after us got their orders. It was one of the most extreme cases of disorganization I've ever seen. It took us 30 minutes to get our food and five minutes to eat it. The quality of the food was OK, the dining room was nice if not kept up well and the prices were reasonable. But all of that otherwise 3 star quality was dwarfed by the awful service.
