China 1 - Whitsett

I was disappointed with China 1 restaurant. They couldn't even make a simple dish of Lo Mein with just oil. It's a basic request, but they couldn't handle it. I won't be returning. Service was poor. I only asked for oil due to dietary restrictions, but they couldn't even get that right. Overall, I give them a 1 for food and service, and a 2 for atmosphere.

Located in a quiet plaza, we stumbled upon this hidden gem! It offers classic American-style Chinese cuisine that does not disappoint. The food is delicious and the staff is fantastic. This is a great spot for takeout dinner, with prices ranging from $50 to $100 per person. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 4. Highly recommended dishes include the Beef Lo Mein, Pork Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Chicken Wings.

This restaurant is family owned and operated. The food is delicious, although the "hot" option was a bit mild. The flavors were fantastic. It was wonderful to see a family-friendly atmosphere in a place where they clearly enjoyed each other's company and serving their customers. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

This restaurant is ridiculous! I ordered a seafood soup! I received a cup crowded with imitation crab sticks, broccoli and mushrooms along with 2 baby shrimp and 1 baby scallop ..for $13! Ha! Are you kidding? I was sick and ordered this soup in good faith. What a disappointment.What a sad and disappointing FAIL! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

C7. Chicken Chow Mein/Egg Roll 18. Chicken Vegetable Soup East Coast chow mein with rice instead of noodles. (carrots, celery, green cabbage and onions). Served with a Chinese white, light and clear sauce and crispy fried noodles (not pictured). Chicken Vegetable Soup had large pieces of vegetables and chicken strips. Small restaurant with good food and friendly service. There is a small buffet during lunch. Take out is very popular. Traditional american chinese flavors. Flavors are not over powering.
