The Hamilton Island website and app mention that they offer a few hot food options, so we decided to stop by for a quick meal. However, the sign at the counter indicated that there was no hot food available today. When I inquired whether there would be hot food tomorrow, the girl informed me no, and added that they haven't had hot food for at least two months. While that’s fine, the sign should clearly state that no hot food is served at this venue permanently, rather than suggesting that this is just a temporary situation. Additionally, the website should be updated to reflect this information.

The woman serving us was pretty rude and I understand if she’s having a bad day but she had attitude with every customer. My hot dogs were cold when I got them both days that I went. It was also such a long wait for cold food. Food: 3 Service: 1

Shame that no food menu is available, or advertised as having stopped. Waited patiently until 11am to buy some food, only to find that food service is not available (update the App maybe! 3 stars only because of the location, and the cold beer, but we had to leave Bouganvillea pool to go find food.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a great dining option near the hotels without having to head to Front St. No reservations are needed, and there are plenty of tables available. The fish of the day was quite good, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly.

I dined here last night and, unfortunately, we didn’t receive what we ordered. We requested two scotch fillets cooked medium rare, but one was far below rare and the other was well done. The steaks had an excessive amount of fat, which I found unappetizing. Overall, it was overpriced for the quality; the gravy tasted terrible. We ended up leaving and ordering pizza instead, feeling quite disappointed, especially given the high cost. The chefs definitely need more training.
