Inn At Whittier

The service and flavors at this restaurant could use improvement. It is definitely the best place to stay in Whittier, with good views, a nice atmosphere, and a very clean environment. However, the restaurant itself leaves much to be desired. Although the beer and wine list was impressive, the food and service were disappointing. During my dinner with my boyfriend, the waiter did not adequately explain the specials and seemed to be making up information rather than being knowledgeable. The menu shows ambition, but the flavors did not complement each other well, suggesting that the chef may have prioritized presentation over taste. While there are better dining options in Whittier, this is still a pleasant place to stay or simply enjoy a drink.
