Mcdonald's - Whittier

We went to the mcdonald’s drive through about 11:35 clock and it was a little crowded. as we stand up to order, no one comes to our order. at 11:57 the lights are switched off. 3 cars fed on both sides to wait for order. we were all there much time to serve. we sat there for five minutes and they came in and said they were closed. it was “after hours”, although everyone was there in a lot of time to order. very rude abd told us that they were from eating.

Lady slammed the DT window because she had my order wrong , I gave my order twice at the speaker and once at the window. She went and got another employee to take my order. I’m sure other fast foods in Cherokee would appreciate my business. Maybe a manager can address this issue that happened at 6:29 on 3/17. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

They were SO nice to me even though I showed up half an hour before close. I was craving a McChicken and couldn't hold out any longer. Best service I've had at a McDonald's.

One of the better McDonald's in our area. The dining room is definitely the biggest around, and the prices are much cheaper than over at the Bryson City location.
