Now I know how traditional broth is made but if your going to advertise a vegan option, there is tons of ways you can make that broth flavorful. They do have almond milk to make their teas which I thought was nice. The restroom was clean and so was the dining area. The services could be better especially since they are offering vegan options. It felt like it was an inconvenience to ask about there options. The eggs-rolls were very tasty and they had a veggie or meat options . Not a bad spot just think they had a few things that they could work on.
I grew up in an asian bubble where there was Vietnamese food on every corner, and I never liked pho very much. One day I got sick and decided to try this place out because I wanted some soup and there isn’t many good options in Whittier so I opted for vegan pho. Now I had no expectations going into this, but was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful their vegan pho was. Their portions are decent for the price you’re paying and I’m not sure how they did it but their pho is the only pho I enjoy eating.
The Pho was delicious with lots of fresh vegetables.
So sad to say I had a bad experience I was recommended to this place so came in super excited even took a nice little picture when I got here. They asked us at register if we were ready to order I ordered 2 chicken phos and two cokes sat down and waited A chubby short girl then yells 'your food is ready ' so I get up and she has a bag. She saw me confused and she said was it not takeaway? ' To which I responded 'no, but it 's ok i can eat it I like that. ' With a pissed off look she was like no no no no and took the food to the kitchen and proceeded to say if you want to eat here you need to sit down. (Sorry idk how this place works)a lady sitting down even commented to me they are very rude. Went back to sit down and a few min later she brings us the food and then proceed to talk to the other girl in their language. As for the Food, it was ok but not good enough to come back.
Another rainy day in Cali and wanted something to warm us up...pho! There is ample seating and the customer service was great. We got our food quick too. You don't have to wait for your bill, just walk up to the cashier and pay you can easily split the bill too. What we ordered: Shrimp Pork Spring Rolls yummy and the peanut sauce was sweet and they didn't skimp out of the crushed peanuts Brisket Pho flavorful, lots of noodles, and packed on the meat Thai Iced Tea lacked flavor and wasn't sweet Overall, yummy and filling, definitely warmed up and filled our bellies.
