Contribuisci feedback4.5 stars. This is a famous local grilled chicken restaurant. When we went on a weekday, it was packed with both locals and foreigners. There are both menus in Thai and English, just inform the staff and they will pass one to you. The staff were very friendly, systematic and efficient. They have a bell system whereby you can call for the staff if you need anything. Do try the grilled chicken, grilled pork neck and the two coloured sticky rice in banana leaf. The tamarind sauce in a bottle goes well with the chicken. Wanted to try the coconut pudding and coconut custard but both were sold out. Will definitely return to try the other dishes!
By far my favorite grilled chicken place in the world, yes, the world. Just make sure they give you the fresh ones that are right off the grill and your mind will be blown. Love the som tum Thai as well. The pork is killer. But the stars are the chicken and tamarind dipping sauce.
Everything is great here. Food, Atmosphere, Parking, Toilet and service. If you go during high season, you will have to wait little.
This is the local people’s food place. There is only 1 menu in English. We couldn’t have managed without our guide. A great place to try local food at super low price.
The restaurant was spacious and servers were very responsive and helpful. The foods were served very quickly. We ordered 7 menus: grilled chicken, 2 x grilled pork neck, spicy minced cat fish salad, somtum Thai, rice noodle, and 2-color sticky rice in banana leaf. Grilled pork neck was what I liked most while spicy minced cat fish was the second place. Don't get me wrong. Grilled chicken and somtum were not bad. My dad prefered the grilled chicken rather than pork neck. However, somtum and chicken sauce were a bit too sweet to my liking. If you like juicy and fatty grilled pork neck, grilled chicken, and spicy foods in general within a reasonable price, you won't be disappointed at this restaurant.
