Burger King - Wichita East

This store is almost always clean. The food is as you order it..once in a while food comes out wrong but they fix it quickly. The staff is usually pretty friendly and jovial.

This Burger King experience is a good rating. I'm beginning to think rating my fast food drive thru events have a basis on the time of day, who is working the window, and what store I service. Overall the consistency and quality of service varies.

Ordered a two whopper combo for my daughters with a coupon and my youngest one got food poisoning from the burger..

Took an hour to give my order. Had 1 man running the front, drive thru and helping the one cook make orders. The cook acted like he was absolutely lost. Was marking orders off the board instead of making them. The gentleman that was running everything was absolutely an awesome dude. He was literally running the entire store on his own. And I did hear it was not even the store he actually worked at. Guess he was just there to help out. If that man left. They would have to lock the doors.

I visited the Meridian location BK17368 Thursday July 21, 2022 at 10:14pm. I wanted to thank the young man that took my order for such professionalism and respect. He was polite and let me know it would be a little while because my meals were taking a little time to be ready. I pulled to the front of the restaurant and waited.
