Church's Texas Chicken - Wichita East

I love the chicken fingers with Cole slaw or macaroni cheese. My order came quicker than I expected I was ready for it!! Good, good, good! It apos;s now my "go to for chicken" dinner.

The Chicken was spicy and all I can eat is mashed potatoes and gravy I cant believe they keep sending me spicy chicken its to hot for me I cant handle spicy food

They dont give you sauce , honey, and usually not what you order unfortunately. Love their food but hate this always happening.

They were out of drinks and never bothered to call or discount the drinks, offer to replace them, or anything the mac and cheese was about a fourth of the way full the red pepper sauce never made it nor did the ranch dipping sauce for my sons chicken tenders or chicken strips whatever they call them. and never received the large side of brown gravy that we were supposed to have gotten either. Ruined the entire meal cuz we couldnt eat half of it. This is the final time that we will be ordering Door Dash, especially from Churchs Chicken weve ordered from there before and its been messed up the third time is not a charm this time Yall suck, you need to read your tickets better, or do something cuz this is ridiculous. For DoorDash support to only get back a little over $16 on an almost $48 order is beyond words. I ended up having to place a second order to a convenience store just so we can have drinks and other things for dinner, so the total order for an eight piece chicken meal was almost $58, and you give back $16 and some change. so very very sad.
