Mcdonald's - Wichita East

Breakfast liner was super long at 8 am but the awesome staff at this Mcd's killed it with fast moving line and on point big breakfast with flapjacks.

Fries were cold the chicken was cold dry and over priced.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Upon arriving, I checked in with my spot number and app informed of a 4-6 minute wait. The drive-thru was pretty packed. After watching every car that was in line order, pull ahead, and get their food, along with 5-6 more vehicles pull in and leave with their food before me, I checked the app again. It said it was on its way out to me with an update time 10 minutes prior. After waiting another 10 minutes, for a total time of 25 minutes after checking in, they finally brought my food. I know my order was placed well before many of those in the drive-thru, so it should have come out much sooner. Are curbside now a non-priority and pushed to last?

Employees are rude and don't take complaints seriously.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals , no ketchup. 2 10 piece nuggets w bbq sauce. Went through drive through. Paid, got up to window to get food and they said they didn’t get our order. Went in after waiting 5 minutes last window. They said we didn’t pay enough for what we ordered. Then fire the cashier! I asked her twice if there was bbq in bag. No bbq sauce for 20 nuggets. Ketchup on all hamburgers ?. I will never go back to this store!!! Oh and 6 doordashers waiting for their orders!!
