Sabor Latin Grille - Wichita East

Great service and atmosphere. The staff is very nice, but I was so disappointed with the drinks and food. The ceviche was good, but we didn't like the Sabor Parrilla we ordered. The sauces had no flavor, and the parrilla was kind of greasy. We didn't like the cocktails we ordered, Caipirinha and Pico Sour cocktails. If you are Hispanic, keep in mind you will not find real Hispanic Flavor here.

The chimichurri dip for the plantain chips was our favorite sauce. We used it on the beef medallions (which were cooked to our request) and the paella. The paella was disappointing. Not anything like a real true paella as far as flavor goes. Hummus had a great taste. Cocktails were good.

Definitely recommend. Food selection was good, plenty of seating. Had no reservations and able to get seated right away. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty of free parking.

Stopped for a quick late lunch, and it was fantastic. The queso with corn was a great appetizer and my chicken sandwich was amazing.

First off, thanks to Colin our waiter for being so attentive. My favorites were the mussels with chorizo, and the churrasco steak. Great food overall.
