On the way to a birthday party and my toddler is crying in the backseat. Thought i would stop for lunch and get her some french fries. Ordered a value meal AND a order of onion rings. Told them at the window I thought I was uncharged and needed fries for the baby. Was told to pull up to the trash can where I waited a few minutes and someone came and asked why I thought my order was wrong, and I let them know I needed fries for my crying baby. Then they came back and told me I needed to pay for the fries and I gave them my card. Waited another 5 mins for my card and 5 more mins for the COLD fries. Apparently the onion rings are now onion ring bites so instead of the usual 6 onion rings you get about 3 cut up into small pieces. Waited Approx 12 mins for $2 worth of cold fries with crying toddler. I will try my best not to visit this location again. As a store manager I believe this was handled absolutely ridiculously.
Very disappointed in this locations service and quality today, ordered online so it could be ready when we got there, food was as not ready, then had to be remade because it was incorrect, and was still incorrect after getting home, fries were cold and soggy and there was what seemed to be a managment meeting going on in the lobby, but none of them were able to go help the staff in the kitchen, which clearly needed some extra hands. I love Spangles and usually this location, but today was a terrible experience. Please get better management!!
Love the French toast sticks they are perfectly fried to where they are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.The sweet tea is made fresh daily and approved by a southern girl! Parking: Plenty of parking
I've been going to this spangles for a while now and I'm pretty happy with their service and quality of food. The workers are nice and professional. The managers seem strict and up hold good customer service expectation. I over heard one employee getting scolded for being on their phone while working and it just shows to me that they actually care about the quality of their work standards. My food is never cold. Never sloppy and always good.
