Contribuisci feedbackI’ve enjoyed the drinks and service every time I’ve been to this Starbucks. The staff members who work the drive-thru are always friendly, recognize regulars, and the service is quick. They stop and chit chat, ask how your day is going, etc. It’s really nice to start your morning off with friendly and kind people, and good coffee!
This place needs to be audited by upper management. When I ordered mocha, price was higher than usual, so when I check my receipt, there was triple shots were added to my order which I did not ask for. I wonder how many customers have been affected by this in the past.
Staff barely speak the names loud enough were you can hear that your order is up because of this your left going up to the counter touching everyone drinks looking for your name until you find your order. Not ok at all.. staff needs to yell the names given to the order, this is the purpose of given you name I thought.
I was greeted by the barista as I walked in. She promptly rook my order and was very friendly.
Fast and kind, but my lid smelled like urine. The guy was kind, but ppl really need to wash hands.
