Starbucks - Wichita East

Friendly staff, but I never get light ice when I ask.

I was waiting for like a long time (1 hour) I Order 2 drinks and 1 of my drinks was wrong I only receive 1 drink and I had to leave in a hurry which is why I came early to start with. They don’t care about the inside they focus more on the drive through and you would think they would focus on both but they don’t. I paid for my drinks and only got one so I will be coming back up there to receive my drink I paid for. I recommended not going to this Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks the Atmosphere will always seem to be astonishing in some way the crew here like many in area seem to still be short staffed but this one's remains positive and on top of their game

Terrible at managing their drink queue. Constantly waiting for drinks when ordering inside while the drive thru keeps moving. My food is usually cold by the time I get my drink when dining in. Saw a physical altercation about take place over the disorganized drive thru. Longest average wait time of any starbucks I've been too. Suggestion- Move dine in to the front of the queue.

Drinks were good, but the bugs I found was gross. I found a grasshopper and a cockroach. Something I didn’t expect to hear was cursing, because my brother was with me who’s only 9.
