Awesome food whatever I get! Ryan is a top notch manager and Rob is the most professional customer service rep any company would die to have. Kudos to you guys and what you do! So updated and not such a rave review. Service was poor this trip and it looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed since last night. Food still good for chain restaurant but is the righting on the wall?
The staff was very nice. I ordered chicken strips I love. They were so overcooked that I had assumed that it took so long to get our food, as they weren't busy in the least. Doug loved his baby back ribs tho so everything didn't lose! Food: 2/5
Ordered drinks and you'd have thought that a mixologist would know how to make **** Mary's. We weren't asked what brand of liquor we preferred and the drinks were plain. She's been there a year and a half. She had to look up the recipe..Food was good. Plenty on the plate.Service was a bit slow at times. Would be okay except there were very few customers. All in all a fairly good place to go.Parking: Parking is great. Several entrances and exits.. Plenty of room and spaces available for wheelchair loading and unloading accessible needs.Wheelchair accessibility: Whether needing a wheelchair parking area or entering into the building there is room.
Came here with a few friends before a movie. The place had a decent amount of people, but not crazy. We had a group of 5 and ordered, sat there talking. It took like 15 minutes for my friend to get wine when the bar was next to us. I looked up and realized we had been there for an hour and our movie would be starting soon and none of us had eaten anything. I asked the waitress when would the food be done, because we have to leave and she brought out 1 plate at a time. We had 12 minutes to eat after all our food came out. I had the greasiest platter ever from cheese sticks to super greasy wiggly quesadillas and the unflavored non-seasoned chicken (bone out) wings that looked like tiny chicken nuggets. The spinach dip and chips were the best thing on the plate. I asked the waitress when we arrived did they have military discount and showed her my I.D. she said yes, but after I paid my bill, I realized she didn't add it. We were running late for the movie, so had to go. We all realized why we live here, but all have not been here in years in any state. I ended up having to go buy something to eat after I paid $21 on an sampler i barley touched and one sweet tea. Craziness
