Mcdonald's - Wichita Falls

The only aspect that could have enhanced my experience would have been fresher fries. Other than that, my grilled chicken salad was remarkably fresh, the customer service was excellent, and it's been a long time since I’ve seen such a clean McDonald's! I don’t usually eat fast food, but this visit was definitely worth the treat! (And the vanilla milkshake was delightful as well!)

One thing I can say for certain about McDonald's is that it’s reliable. Whether I find myself in Wichita Falls, Kansas, or London, England, the food and drinks always have that familiar taste. If you enjoy McDonald's offerings, you can expect to find them wherever you go. Their Diet Coke is blended just right. The prices are quite fair, but remember, you get what you pay for. If you buy a hamburger for $2, that's exactly what you'll get—a $2 hamburger.

The customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant maintained a high level of cleanliness! The staff were courteous and attentive. However, the choice to limit access to salt, pepper, and condiments like ketchup was not the best move. It appears that some customers struggled with that responsibility, which I find somewhat disappointing. (Just to clarify, I am white, so please don’t misinterpret my comments!)

I stopped by here to grab a quick bite they did not disappoint. My fries were piping hot my special made burger was spot on. I was in and out in a jiffy. The employees were super nice the restaurant was all clean tidy.

The quantity you get on the dollar menu is great and I usually want chicken nuggets but always get a batch that seems like they've sat out in the open for a while.
