Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of proper food safety training. I saw one employee using their phone while wearing gloves, and then they proceeded to touch a customer's food. It’s essential to provide better training for new employees, as the service quality has decreased compared to what it used to be. It’s not fair to the staff if they aren't given the proper training they need to succeed.

The staff tonight were fantastic! My son said they were the nicest people he’s ever met!

Sandwiches were yummy until I found slimy lettuce in my sandwich. Lost my appetite immediately. Labeling the sandwiches would be helpful too.

Veggies are always fresh, ive seen them drop meat on the counter an then put in back in the bin with the other meat.
