The staff was quite rude during our visit. They failed to credit points to our loyalty card, and when we didn’t understand the situation, they called us to explain it, but their tone was dismissive. My wife, feeling disrespected, was very disappointed with how we were treated. The sarcasm we encountered while wishing us a "nice day" was uncalled for, especially in front of our children. This is not how customers should be treated. I would love to hear from the franchise management about this experience. There are plenty of other dining options available; I recommend choosing one of those instead!
I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude when I placed an online order. They claimed they had not received it and refused to even look at the screenshots from the app that proved the order was made.
Very rude service. She served as if she did us a favor. If it's my store, I'd definitely fire it. I have several stores fyi)
Pretty standard for Subway. There was no wait and all the menu choices were available.
