Taco Bell - Wichita Falls

Every time I visit this place, I am consistently impressed by the fantastic employees! A big thumbs up to everyone here. Although the service can be a bit slow when it comes to getting orders, the friendly staff more than compensates for it. I choose not to visit other locations simply because of the amazing staff here.

I prefer this one over the other restaurants in town!

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. First off, the staff were extremely rude. My order ended up being incorrect and the food was cold. I ordered a chalupa, a Mexican pizza, and a bean burrito, but instead of beans, they added beef. When I called to report the issue, the employee was dismissive and insisted that I come in with the food, despite the ongoing COVID concerns. I explained that I didn't ask for a receipt, and he told me they couldn’t help without it. As a result, I had to purchase additional food just to complete this survey. Overall, my visit felt like walking into a lifeless environment where the staff were unfriendly and the food was subpar and cold.

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs! I typically don't write reviews for fast food places, but this location has the absolute worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. The employees are rude and condescending. To make matters worse, they often run out of basic items like meat—how can you run out of meat at a taco place? That shows poor management. Given the attitude of the staff, especially during the night shift, it seems like they just say whatever comes to mind. It's simply not worth the hassle, the long wait, and being treated poorly. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

There is an employee who treats customers disrespectfully, and something needs to be done about it. Her behavior has worsened over time, likely because there are no consequences for how she interacts with customers.
