Contribuisci feedbackI only received two-thirds of my order at this restaurant. When I called the manager, Angel M., about the mistake, they were very rude and did not apologize. They also refused to credit my account for an overcharge on my credit card. I will be choosing McDonald's for breakfast from now on. Their biscuits taste better anyway.
My mom and I went to the drive-thru today, and the manager on duty, Esteban, took our order. He charged my card five extra times before informing me that it had finally declined. When I showed him my bank statements showing the repeated charges, he told us to leave and refused to give us a receipt even after we asked. It was a chaotic and unprofessional experience. Although I called my bank and got it resolved, I would not recommend anyone to visit this location.
We recently went to the Whataburger on SW Pkwy for breakfast. The service was great and the food delicious. The place was very clean and was very pleasant.
Everytime I eat here it is so fast and so good and I'm so thankful for y'all. I normally cook at home and have a saying, that I can always make it better at home. But y'all I'm always in the mood for. Last time I came through the drive through the costumer service was phenomenal and I'm just impressed. Love y'all
I ordered a chicken sandwich online and unfortunately my burger was made incorrectly. I didn't realize this until I arrived home, however, and even though my girlfriend's burger was made perfectly, I was still a bit frustrated. Fortunately after a simple comment made through their website, Esteban reached out to me via email literally the same day and offered a remade sandwich. I went in today and was helped out promptly and professionally with nothing but excellent service. For that, I write this review and say thank you to Esteban and the woman working the register today.
