Applebee's Wichita

There were 4 tables throughout the restaurant and was said it would be a 15 minutes waiting because only 1 cook. we should have gone. we waited and sat and the waitress was pretty good. But when we got our wings, they were freezing, so we had to wait for fresh ones. then our food was ready. I ordered chicken strips and pommes, and when I got them, the pommes lubricated as if they were made 2 hours ago and heated up in the microwave. my daughter smashed the same thing. what is the purpose of the tables 15 minutes apart when eating is still poor? this situation is terrible and we will never be again.

This place is not like any Applebee's I've ever been to the service was horrible we kept having to wave our server down to get simple things like silverware that we should of already had or water. We never got checked on unless we called them food was not that good and the drinks were even worse.

Always horrible service. They love to make you wait to be seated and be waited on, food is always mediocre at best. I keep thinking it's going to be better the next time, dumb me for thinking anything about this location will change, been this way for years.

HORRIBLE worst restaurant experience in years . Considering I work in the food industry I hold management and staff fully accountable for the mess. We waited over 30 mins for waters . The kids Mac and chz was VERY dry and the staff made me feel as though I was wrong for not wanting a Caesar salad with what appeared to be half the bottle spilled inside . I will NEVER be coming here again APPLES BESS AT 320 s ridge HIGH UNRECOMMENDED

We were greeted by a nice hostess seated promptly. The server was nice enough, but he didn't come back to see if we needed anything besides the check. The food was very good though. The surroundings were filled with local sport teams.
