Arby's - Wichita

Through the drive thru with my sister and carlos was a close! He was so nice and patient and while I worked in almost food, that was great for me. He ensured that we had everything and asked if we needed anything else. best service that I had in one! especially from arbys

That was great. I liked how clean and new it was in the dinning area. should have the little $1 milkshakes all day, not only happy hour. beautiful place.

I don't know how arby was this day. it was impossible to get into the front door. sad way to run a business. what if someone had to wash his hands before they ate what happened to be my situation. I just went to a place friendly for customers.

I've been burned many times by the 4815 Washington S, Wichita KS location. The service is good but the food quality is horrible. You can tell the grease is VERY old. The food is not fresh and ALL the food has a very similar flavor because of the old grease. My go-to is the smokehouse brisket sandwich which is excellent when fresh but this time I could eat 3 bites of the sandwich because of the poor quality and taste and about 4 curly fries. The worst flavor ever.Again, I eat arbys a lot, and know how good it can be, so this is a fair honest review, it was horrible.
