Arby's - Wichita

Our food was fresh everything was delicious and hot! The manager Daphne is amazing and made sure our order was correct, hot and fresh!!! With all of our sauces!!! Love this Arby's!! Renee the assistant manager tonight helped us with some aujus. She was very helpful I super love this Arby's our food was fresh and it was absolutely amazing!!!

My husband tried the new burger and said it was delicious. However, I was disappointed that they no longer have potato cakes on the menu.

Tonight, while working for Grubhub, I stopped by the West Street location to pick up an order. I had to wait a short while for the food to be ready, but Gail provided excellent customer service during my wait. Despite it being a long day for the staff, they all maintained smiles and provided great customer care. Thank you to Gail and the rest of the team for their outstanding service.

I must say, we had a great experience at this restaurant with good food, fast service, and friendly smiles.

Had 2 for 6 added cheese it was good I gave a friend the other sandwich... but it worked... was good dinner.
