Buffalo Wild Wings - Wichita

This restaurant has extremely poor service! We waited for a long time without anyone coming over to assist us. Eventually, we gave up and left. I do not recommend going here, as their service is terrible. To make matters worse, the manager's table was right next to us and they didn't even notice when we left without being served. This place is a complete disappointment.

The restaurant is fantastic, but it could use some help with the crowds.

Tonight, around 10:30pm on February 3rd, 2024, I had a small issue with an online order. Understandably, it was a busy Saturday night. However, the girl with red hair at the front desk took care of it promptly. Less than 3 minutes later, I had the correct order in hand and was on my way. I'm not sure if she upgraded my wings or did something special, but it was a fantastic experience. Cheers to her and the team at this location!

It's bww. Gotta say for sure they have stepped up their to go game which is what matters most to us lol.8 to 10 months ago I'd have to check every order and recently its been all good every time. Very happy. Thank you guys

If u want to wait all night for your food I recommend you come here !
