I took the sealed bag, went back to work. there was no serviette and no fork?. then opened the bowl to see that it was someone else's order. looked at the top of the bowl, it was someone else name. I checked the bag, it was my name. ? drove back to chipotle, waited while nobody wanted to help me. Finally, the girl who worked togo could no longer fight me, she asked what I needed to tell her the above. she went out to pick up quickly, checked in another order, pulled my bowl from below the pocket. then continued the bowl I had already opened by the other people right down in the pocket?. I told her that I didn't think that was right. She was reproaching. ? I asked her to review my bowl before I went to make sure that it was right, her fellow worker who now floats and a next conversation with her about me confused and said: "It can't be wrong, the printer prints it out how we do it? she asked for a fork, told her no fork in a “Togo bag”, she said “yes, I was the only one here. I'm too busy to get more because I don't have more. but I have a couple over there, can they get themselves? then I will go back to work, tear up my bowl. it was cold... as it was in a cooler, even the rice.... also inaccurate. So I just stabbed the half of my lunch to still get cold, wrong eating. ?
Put an online order on the app. I picked it up. once at home, things were gone. that was cold. queso container was only half full. I called the load. it took several try to answer for them. when they finally did, the worker was rude, not helpful. I could come back if I wanted to. Refunds are obviously no longer possible. she said she could give me my missing product. I guess that would be good because I had already paid for it. I asked for the order to be restored when I came back, so it wouldn't be cold. they refused. I didn't go back. I don't. worse customer service. shared my experience also in the app. they simply think that chipotle is not interested. if they want to eat good or all their food or be treated politely, they don't eat here.
Good food. service was friendly enough. the prices seem to rise further. I guess someone's making money and it's not me when I buy chipotle!
Most always its good. Sometimes they are some tight wads but usually fair enough. I only really say that cause... it's so good. I always get enough.
This is the worst chipotle in the area. Makes me wish I lived out west still. They messed up on my husband's order (I ordered online) I pulled up my receipt to make sure it wasn't me that messed up and it wasn't me. When I went back to get it fixed there was no apology, no manager in sight. They remade it, handed it to me and that was it. I get better service from my trash company.
