Dog-n-shake - Wichita

The employees were visibly intoxicated, and my order was incorrect. The food was unappetizing, and the establishment itself was dirty. The staff was also quite rude. Overall, the service was terrible. I would not recommend this place at all. Food rating: 1/5.

The food at this restaurant was excellent; I particularly loved the hotdogs. The burgers were also delicious and juicy. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Kid-friendliness: They offer kids' meals at reasonable prices. Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the lot.

I used to come here quite a bit. But we now eat more home cooked meals. So when we were out and about, I said "hey let 's get dog n shake. "So we ordered $30 of food for 3 people. That included 2 combos that came with fries, and we wanted onion rings, so we ordered them as well.While we waited for our food, we came up with a taste testing idea for the best onion rings between 3 fast food places.So while we were in line at the drive thru for another place, I reached in our dog n shake bag for a French fry only to discover there were none in the bag and no onion rings either.So we went back. They put the fries and onion rings in the same bag the rest of the food was in, so it didn 't fit.The onion rings were burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. Whoever was working the fryer should have dumped them in the bin and started fresh instead of serving us rubbish.We won 't be choosing this place as an eating out treat any time soon.

I really didn’t care for this experience. The sign says they have a fast drive thru, there was nobody in line in front of me yet it took 15 minutes to get my very small order. The chili dog was overpriced and the chili with beans on a hot dog is just wrong. Then the “hand mixed” shake came from a soft serve machine. I’m guessing the high ratings come from locals that have eaten here since they were children.
