Egg Crate Cafe - Wichita

We found the food to be excellent as well as the service. We ordered off the breakfast menu and the pancakes were huge and delicious! Would definitely go again when we are in the area.

Had been out of town and stayed so we could eat breakfast at the Egg Crate. Not only was the breakfast exceptional but the company was outstanding. We are from Western Kansas and the hometown love was all over this place. If you are not family and friends when you come in, you will be when you leave. Huge and good country fried steak breakfast and ham and eggs. Hash browns good too. Great waitress and service. Food came out fast and hot! Reasonable prices and decent coffee. We will definitely return!

Egg Crate Cafe has a fun hostess and very personable staff! We had a large group and called ahead, but it still took a bit to get seated. If you have a large group, be prepared for a little wait-this place is very popular! Our waitress was great! She laughed, joked, and kept our glasses full. The food was wonderful! Everything was seasoned well and so tasty! I highly recommend the lemon blueberry pancakes and the chicken fried steak. The portions were also very good sized. This is one of the best breakfasts I've tasted and the staff made the meal even better! I hope the next time I come to Wichita, I will be able to eat here again!

Have now gone several times for breakfast, and the food is pretty tasty. I had the New York omelette, with fried potatoes and onions. The only thing I wished for, was a little more bacon in the omelette. My wife had eggs, patty sausage and pancakes, and everything was very good. Have no qualms about recommending it,
