Firehouse Subs - Wichita

20 minutes to get my carry out order when I’m the only person in there on a Sunday night. They don’t have a drive up window and there’s no to go orders on the online pick up rack. There’s three people standing around or doing something else and one person making sandwiches. I got no updates as to why it was taking so long or did I get an explanation but after 20 minutes was finally ready. Won’t come here again.

The price is completely unacceptable.. $53 for 3 sandwichs and drink.. the Sandwich pictured was $8!

Been going here for many years and have always ordered to go during their M/W kids special without the kids with me and never had an issue. I like to get it just before the kids gets home so that they can just eat right away. But today that wasn’t the case. I understand policy and I do respect them but be consistent with it. It was frustrating to say the least. Just left and went elsewhere.

They were incredibly kind to our two daughters and the food was affordable and tasty.
