Ninza Sushi (west) - Wichita

Oh my goodness, everyone! I just had the best sushi takeout experience ever at this location in Wichita. I started with a small garden salad that had a deliciously fresh ginger (sesame) dressing – it was incredibly refreshing! I also had salmon sashimi, which I added to my salad along with some eel sauce and the ginger dressing. I'm truly impressed! I devoured most of it in my truck in the parking lot! The blonde server was fantastic – so friendly, attentive, and provided great customer service. She and her co-worker were courteous and efficient. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place!

This top-notch Asian restaurant is run by experienced chefs from China. They serve high-quality food that is freshly prepared and incredibly delicious, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. The restaurant tends to be quite busy, so making a reservation is recommended. It's even better than FiveStar!

I had a great experience at the restaurant. I went for a quick lunch with my kids, and they loved it so much that they want to go back—I'm sure that speaks for itself! I’m also excited to return and try more items from the menu.

Food was a solid 2.5/5. Bento box was 4/5. I would recommend that. I work in a Sushi restaurant and know what good sushi tastes like. This is not it. Rolls are maybe 3/5. Fried rice is not very good at all and you only get a cup of it for $7. Save yourself some trouble and find a different one. Not sure how there are so many 5/5 ratings..

The sushi was delicious, fresh and beautifully assembled (the chef was a true artist). my order was to-go and was well packaged. Atmosphere rating is simply from a quick in and out but I would definitely eat there as it seemed well decorated and laid out with friendly staff.Food: 5/5
