Even though I had already checked online, the response I received was to "check Facebook" and the staff member was quite short with me. I had intended to order a week's worth of food for three people, but ultimately decided to go elsewhere. If they were unable to provide me with basic information about their inventory, I'll take my business elsewhere. (By the way, I later checked their Facebook page and noticed that nothing had been posted in over a week).
I work in the building, so I eat there at least once a week. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious. The parfaits with fresh fruit are great, their paninis are fantastic, and their soups are top notch too. See for yourself!
I love that Kira has created an amazing meal prep business. With her extensive experience in culinary arts, she has decided to use her skills to help others after her own successful weight loss journey. Give it a shot, you won't be let down! As a nutrition teacher, I recommend Perfect Plate as a great resource for my students.
The variety of options for both lunch and dinner was limited, with only two paninis available. However, there was a fridge stocked with grab-and-go meals, which is perfect for those who need a quick meal to take back to work. The sandwich I chose was incredibly delicious.
This place might be gluten free but be careful if you have celiac disease. I have gotten gluten 2 times here and recently felt comfortable going back but today 's was eye opening.Last time I went in I pointed out that fairlife protein drinks are no longer gluten free due to a change in formula. Fairlife has even stopped labeling their prodcuts gluten free. The day of they removed drinks. Today when I went in they were back on their shelves and bottles were not labeled gluten free. The icing on the cake was the person making my wrap did not wash her hands or even put gloves on before she started to make my food. She went straight from the registrar after helping two people to making my food. Then was upset that we asked her to at least wash her hands. It 's disheartening when a place that is labeled gluten free is not celiac safe since they do not take cross contamination seriously or does not know what it is.
