Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria - Wichita

Piattos offers a full vegan menu section! I highly recommend this restaurant for a cozy date night. My only critique is that they use Follow Your Heart cheese, which is great on their specialty pizzas but tastes too artificial for a traditional cheese pizza.

We tried the Vegan Holy Kale pizza and it was wonderfully tasty. The use of Follow Your Heart cheese was excellent and it melted just right. The pizza oven gave the kale a crispy and delightful flavor. We enjoyed every aspect of this pizza. We also ordered the salad without cheese, and it was incredibly fresh and tasty. We appreciated the presence of a dedicated vegan section on the menu, allowing us to enjoy delicious pizza without any modifications. (Review updated on 2023-12-03)

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Piatto until now! We frequent this restaurant often and have always had a positive experience. The pizzas are cooked in a special oven and the crust is delicious. They offer several vegan options, including vegan cheese, which are topped with veggies and creative toppings, not fake meat. My favorite is the Francesca, topped with pistachios which may sound strange but trust me, it's delicious. The only thing missing is a vegan dessert - vegan cannoli would be amazing! Overall, I highly recommend Piatto for a great dining experience.

What a gem!! Vegan pizza is hard to find. This spot is worth checking out. Our pizza was so good, we ordered a second to go. The owner studied in italy and it is true neapolitan style.

I absolutely love piatto! everytime i’m in wichita it’s the first place i want to go. they use vegan cheese here which is great since many vegan pizzas at restaurants are just pizzas without cheese. they have many options to choose from which is really great. i would highly recommend for all vegan pizza lovers (get the vegan francesca, you won’t regret it!!
