Sesame Mediterranean Kitchen - Wichita

I called because I accidentally ordered from the wrong Sesame and the staff was more than accommodating to make sure I was taking care of. Seriously made my day! We need more people like this in this world. They handled everything for me. Both locations have such amazing service and their food is delicious! Thank you so much for all you!

I flew in from across the country, but the staff at Sesame Mediterranean Kitchen made me fell like I was home. The atmosphere is comforting and the smell from the open kitchen is wonderful. I ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi, which is WAY more than a fancy mac cheese. Mushrooms, chicken, gnocchi, cheese, and vegetable blend makes for the perfect comfort meal.

Ordered lamb gyro and hummus to go. The man behind the bar was very congenial and apologized that my order wasn't ready. I was not in a hurry, so no big deal. The food came out soon afterwards. I only live about a mile away so the food was still hot when I got home. Love, love, loved the hummus and pita. It had the right ratio of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and oil, and was very creamy. Pita was soft and warm. I loved the gyro, the husband not so much. He prefers N J, but I thought it was great. The sauce was yummy, lamb was tender and well seasoned and the pita was very soft. Now I need to try the fatoush. Hopefully they do well, there are very few places on the west side to get this type of food.

What a wonderful little place! Lots of vegetarian options, the service was fantastic: they explained menu items in accordance with dietary restrictions, and even walked us through which items were which on our sampler appetizer. The food was delicious, and the prices are more than fair. Also... BACLAVA!

Our 4th visit to the WSU location. Fattoush Salad Hummus w/ Pita bread. Absolutely delicious and.... what I appreciate most ... consistency. The Hummus is just amazing and there is a temptation to get an order to take home. The servings are generous and gratifying. The staff has always been efficient and polite. FYI if you use a credit card for payment.... bring some cash for a gratuity as their transaction device is not programmed for gratuity acceptance
