You can catch him serving up his delicious cheesesteaks on weekends (for now) in the alley between Ben's Saddlery and 144 North Frontier (just look behind the coffee truck). The sandwiches are the same ones you enjoyed from his previous location, now featuring local Capital Beef! I’m especially looking forward to when he brings back his Grilled Italians, which I believe are the best on the west side of the East Coast. Be sure to check him out!
I was really looking forward to this place opening. Initially, it was quite busy, but once it became less crowded, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. I have to say, the bread was soft and the sandwich was generously filled! Unfortunately, it had little to no flavor, which was disappointing. I really hope they can improve the seasoning on the meat, otherwise, I'm not sure I’ll be coming back.
This is the best Philly cheesesteak I've had since I left the East Coast! The restaurant is a charming and clean spot, and the people sitting next to us were incredibly friendly—they even offered to share their fries. We ended up swapping ghost stories about Wickenburg, making for a truly delightful afternoon. The owners are fantastic—warm, talented, and great company. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping here before you leave Wickenburg. Oh, and the prices are excellent too. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Subway very often anymore!
If you're craving an authentic cheesesteak but don't want to make the trip to Philadelphia, this is the spot for you!
Without a doubt, this place offers the best cheesesteak hoagies around. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere!
