Friendly and attentive staff as well as one of the good chef's from Little Italy shall await you to join them. The pasta is amazing as the sauce dances off your taste buds. Very reasonable prices for all of your favorite foods.

On my second visit, they didn’t provide my complete order. I called immediately when I got home, and they answered, promising to call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did, and my attempts to reach them again went unanswered. Additionally, the cashier wasn’t particularly helpful; he should double-check orders to ensure everything is included before rushing customers out. It’s unfortunate because the food is quite good, but they really need to improve their service and management. With some changes, I believe they could do much better. At this point, I’m uncertain if I’ll be giving them another chance.

Pizza wasn't cooked all the way. Chicken wings look like they were fished out of the trash. Even if the food was better, the portion size is awfully small for the price. I can't believe its this bad. Buyer beware!

Ordered online, through their website, which apparently is a 3rd party. After an hour I went to pick up. There was no food for me. Apparently the 3rd party was supposed to call me and tell me they were out of meatballs never happened. Naturally I ask for a refund. Bartender tells me they?ll take off the two pasta dinners crediting $18 toward my next visit. I paid $50 and got no food. I said no, I need a full refund. After about 15 mins of her calling her boss back and forth (and dealing with another order on the phone that was wrong somehow) the bartender tells me I will get a refund through the third party. I ask for some kind of reassurance a voided receipt, something. At this point my bank account is showing the charge went through and i have no email or anything showing it was voided, reversed, etc. She goes back and forth with the boss again. Said I have to go through the third party. Asked how i do that and neither she or the cook/delivery driver knew. I didn?t even know i was using a third party. And no one in the restaurant knows how to navigate it i guess. After about half an hour of being physically in the restaurant, getting no food, and getting no evidence of a refund, it seems the best I can get is a slip of paper with the boss?s name and number on it. That?s how we left it. Super confusing, will definitely not return.

The restaurant has a really pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. The drink prices are excellent. However, the food was mediocre—specifically, the Egg Rolls were still frozen in the middle. It's not difficult to cook them properly, so that was disappointing. I would definitely return for the drinks, but it's unlikely I'll come back for the food.
