Contribuisci feedbackWe went to this restaurant last night and were absolutely delighted with the meal there. Someone in this kitchen really knows how to cook. The starter I had, tortellini with artichoke and truffles was in a class you normally find in a fine dining restaurant where you only get tiny portions of something as delicious as this. Instead there were about six fairly large tortellini in a liquid foam that was full of flavour. It really was a stand out dish of the night for us. We went taking advantage of a First Table deal so it was a real bargain as well. The waitstaff was very attentive, friendly and personable. We arrived on the night they changed menus and how lucky we were. My mains was pork belly in an Asian inspired glaze with pureed carrots and what I think was a puffed rind. The bowls and plates all complimented the food and presentation was excellent. My companion had a simple fish and chips. This came in two generous sized pieces along with some delicious smooth pea puree and fresh cut straw chips. The fish was fresh and the batter light and not at all greasy. We finished with a cocktail each and again we were more than happy we had a great night out at The Hyde.
We had a lovely pre-christmas dinner here. The food was delicious. Especially the salmon and the burger were outstanding. The service was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Went here for dinner before Christmas. Lots of Christmas party's on so was very load and full of people. Staff where excellent and moved us table to a bit more of a quit, they Where so nice. Food was delicious, would go again when it's not as hectic
Great ambiance and great food. Highly recommend it. Perfect place for a date night.
