Kfc - Wigan

I am old school but had a go using one of the self ordering screens, only wanted a zinger meal but the app tries to steer you down the zinger box route. Finally sorted my order but no number was displayed on screen so when I went to collect, I had no idea which was mine. Luckily it was very quiet so got the correct meal. I remember when a standard zinger burger came with more than fries. Burger was OK and good to see they don't fill your drink full of ice.

Food is good, but generally you have to wait for a while in the drive through. There have been occasions when we have got home and the order isn't right... usually wrong side or no condiments.

Super tasty food especially when it's straight out of the fryer!

Got what I ordered and everything was hot and tasty

Been for one thing (krushem) and they didn’t have it so I’ve just spent minutes sat in a queue to drive off since there’s no extra lane to get out of the queue if they don’t have what you want AND Every single person...in front of you is sat waiting for atleast minutes before getting there food. Really annoying.
